Brad Freeman - CEO

With over twelve years of professional business experience, Bradley Freeman has spent the last four years working as a business consultant and coach with E-Myth Benchmark Business Development.  A career beginning in the banking and finance industry that led to a variety of leadership positions has provided him with a diverse skill set and the ability to provide direction and vision to those around him.  As a business development consultant, he utilizes a “hands-on” approach of partnering with leaders from all industries and focuses on inclusive implementation of strategic plans in over 7 different areas of business.  Through his work with entrepreneurs and business leaders in creating a more comprehensive and strategic outlook for organizations, Bradley realized the need for increased guidance and opportunity in maximizing the potential of future leaders in a variety of fields.  This realization led to the founding of the Dream Builders Corporation, a company for which Bradley currently serves as Chairman and CEO.

 


Kevin Hochstetler - VP of Finance and Administration

Prior to joining the Dream Builders team, Kevin Hochstetler worked for eighteen years in the transportation industry specializing in customer service, purchasing and loss mitigation.  Now Kevin is the Vice President of Marketing and Finance and has excelled.  He has brought in numerous quality associates under him and because of his leadership and experience, all of them have excelled in their respective positions.


Todd Goeldner - VP of Operations

 

Mr. Goeldner came from Buccaneer Computer Systems & Services as Program Director.  He has a proven record of leadership and accomplishments in the Information Technology field.  He has 27 years experience in various Information Technology positions supporting multi-company environments.  He has been recognized for being a leader at partnering technology with core business initiatives to deliver growth and enhance competitive advantage. He has been recognized as a strategist with vision and the proven ability to identify issues critical to expansion and executing action plans to secure positive results, and is innovative in meeting business needs in a cost-effective manner.  Mr. Goeldner has an Associates Degree in Applied Science; Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI); and, will earn his BA degree in Business from William Penn University in May 2009.  Currently Mr. Goeldner is Vice President of Finance and Operations within Dream Builder, Corp.  He has succeeded in mainstreaming all of our technical procedures used in the various Leadership Seminars that are facilitated.


Gerry Holloway – HR Manager

 

Mr. Holloway started his adult career as an enlisted soldier in the National Guard.  He was a Human Resource Specialist by trade and has brought his education and experience with him throughout the rest of his career.  He retired from the military a Colonel and was department head of the Directorate for the Chief of Staff of Personnel.  Mr. Holloway comes to us from Principal Financial Group where he held and excelled in the position of Human Resources Manager.  Now he holds the same position but has done so much more to improve the HR department. 


 Jay Singleton – Operation Manager

 

Jay Singleton came from Wells Fargo Financial as Call Center Manager. He has over 15 years in sales experience and 13 years of management experience. He has proven his leadership through his ability to recognize areas of opportunities for the company to improve its market share. He continually shows his passion to help others succeed and identifying leadership opportunities in the company. He earned his BA degree in Business from William Penn University.


 Desiree Looft – Chief Financial Officer

 

Desiree Looft is the CFO for Dream Builders Corporation. She graduated with Bachelors in Business Administration and currently is working o n her Master’s in Business Leadership. She worked for Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino for 7 years as the Budget Analysis. She has worked in the financial and managerial field for over twelve years. Desiree is a firm believer in the company’s mission, “Building leaders…One leader at a time.”  She looks forward to helping build the leaders of tomorrow.


Bryan Welsh - Marketing Director

 

Bryan came to Dream Builders Corporation after retiring from the United States Air Force with over 24 years service as a career NCO (non-commissioned officer). He assumed his current role after successfully managing Dream Builder’s Marketing Design and Research Departments for over 14 years. Bryan received his BA Degree in Business Administration from William Penn University and an MBA in Business Marketing from Purdue University. Bryan resides in Altoona, Iowa with his wife Annette and sons Justin, Connor, and daughter Meghan. 


Jennifer Collins – Marketing Assistant

 

Jennifer came to Dream Builders Corporation after 20 years in the accounting field. She has recently graduated from William Penn College with a BA in Business Administration. She assumed this position after working for the Dream Builders Accounting Department for 10 years. Jennifer resides in Truro, Iowa with her daughter Chasity.


 Lisa Gale – Research

 

Lisa Gale brings over seven years of legal experience to Dream Builders.  This experience makes her a valuable asset to the Dream Builders research department.  Ms. Gales’ legal expertise is in the area of insurance defense, which has given her the experience of working with many large insurance companies, helping them research and win many high-dollar cases.


 Kristal Knouf – Information Technology

 

As a leader with various styles, Ms. Knouf shows how a leader can lead with trust, understanding, and knowledge. With thirteen years of computer experience, Ms. Knouf has proven herself informative and innovative when it comes to computer technology. Highly experienced in many fields she is a person who is able to take on projects, problem solve, and implement during any level of the project. With experience in Microsoft office, Html coding, websites, computer software, and creative ideas she have brought to Dream Builders as the Information Technology Manager.


 Char Teed – Financial Advisor

 

Char Teed is a financial advisor for our company. She graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration and currently is working o n her Master’s in Business Leadership.

She worked for the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care for 20 years as financial planner and data analyst. She comes to the company well prepared to advise our company on financial needs.

She enjoys reading and is a published writer and poet. She believes that our company has the potential to be the consulting firm of choice for training competent, caring leaders with communication skills and character beyond the expectation of business employers. 

 


 

Mohamed Ghobashi – Operations Technician

Prior to joining the Dream Builders team, Mohamed Ghobashi owned his own successful international travel agency. He brings a strong business background, tireless work ethic, and a multi-cultural point of reference to our firm.
